A.2 When you find a design you like just email me the design and the gems and metals you want and I will make it for you.

Q.4 Do you have stores ?
A.4 No, we are specifically an online business but I’m here Monday to Wednesday 12:00 am to 3:15 pm. Thursday Saturday And Sunday we are CLOSED and Friday 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm.
Q.5 Where are your products made ?
A.5 In England.
Q.6 What quality are your gemstones and metals ?
A.6 The very best quality.
Q.7 Can I have my …….. engraved ?
A.7 Yes of course , just tell me what you would like engraved and the name of your pet and I will get it done for you.
Q.8 How will my product be delivered?
A.8 It’s up to you, you can choose from these three options: Delivered to your door, Personally Hand Delivered or Collected In Person.
Q.9 What payment do you accept?
A.9 Bank transfer ONLY.
Q.10 Do you make things for dogs?
A.10 yes we do, but if you would like anything specific please tell me the gems and metals you want and we will get it done for you.
